There have been fuel shortage with long queues at the petrol stations in our country having a few petrol stations having the fuel but are relatively far.
The Energy and Petroleum Regulation Authority (EPRA) have condemned this act saying that they have tried resolving the issue together with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mining and other stake holders. They have told the public that there is enough stock so they need not to panic.
The increase in the price of fuel in many parts of our country has made the matatu, bodabodas riders to increase their fare so that they can try to compensate their amount of money that they purchased the fuel at.
The Kenyan government needs to give subsidies to those fuel dealers so that they can reduce the price of fuel and also the amount of fare can be reduced. This will ease the life of the citizens and will find life being smooth for them unlike finding it hard as they are experiencing now and the last few days.
