The Weeping Onion
Am starting a journey
A journey ,ย Yea a journey
The road i use cuts through the woods
It has footprints of my predecessors
And none of them ever turned back
Yes a journey
A journey of the unknown
The fear is knocking the wind out of me
Am just like a flattened tire
Deflected, deep in my thoughts
I can only drag on but move
For none has ever turned back
The journey
The journey of unknown
I see trees gesticulating wildly
This gives me fear
The are dancing a maniacal dance forced by the atmosphere
But i wish they were calm
For i could be still
None of those who went never feared this
And even they never turned back
The journey
The journey of unknown
Just like the mute who pass warning without speaking
The trees are passing a message
But am deaf and tone to understand
For the path is just the way it was
And silence so thick it could cut knives
This journey nobody ever turned back
The journey
The journey of unknown
The air is still
I can feel a thousand eyes on me
My mind is not settled yet
And my heart keeps telling me to walk on
With every step i make
the pictures becomes clearer
The danger of the journey becomes nearer
What will keep me moving?
And the danger i can’t fathom
This is the journey of the unknown
Still am moving
Accompanied by hope,ย fear and a blurry
Into a world of mystery
Where the path returns not
And those that goes on it never turned back
The journey
The journey of unknown
