My teacher had a lot of students. I wondered seeing that so many people were looking for my teacher and wanted to be his students. He didn’t seem to me such a famous person because of his modest and humble personality.
He used to teach us in an extremely creative way that his two-hour class passed like a minute. In his classes we learnt lots of things and gained precious knowledge but we had no idea how we acquired numerous information.
I always thought and wanted to know how he became such a professional teacher and the thoughts on being like him and how much would it take me to become his replica whirled in my mind.
One day one of my friends was not able to come classes due to financial difficulties in his personal life. Since he was one of the brightest students, teacher noticed immediately his absence and asked for the reason.
When I explained his condition, teacher said that I would require him nothing but dua and tell him to come classes and I was surprised by his respond as I never saw person like him. Then I found out that he had dozens of students who were studying free of charge.
One day, out of my curiosity I asked him how he had attained to that position I meant being the teacher of thousands of students. “I just ask from Allah” he replied with a calm voice.
In my prayers I always ask many students and it is my obligation to teach them efficiently he said. After a few years, one of my close friends asked me if I had known a good teacher, and I told her about my teacher and his classes.
She liked and started attending the classes. One of those days, I asked her how and why she decided to ask me about teacher and she told me that she had a dream. In her dream we were participating to my teacher’s extra classes. At that time, I realized the power of almighty Allah as my teacher’s duas were becoming true. So I think teaching is a good deed and I will try my best to do it.
