Abstract. By October 1 of this year, the Department of Land and Cadastre Control identified a total of 15,903 (4,383.4 hectares) cases of arbitrary land acquisition across the country. Taking this into account, the Unified Cadastre System was developed in our Republic, and the State Forest Cadastre was developed as part of the Unified Cadastre System. State forest cadastre – is a component of the unified system of state cadastres and in order to determine the protection category of forests, to organize the rational use, protection, protection and restoration of forests, in the structure of the lands of the state forest fund to establish a single procedure for maintaining and controlling change documents.
By October 1 of this year, the Department of Land and Cadastre Control identified a total of 15,903 (4,383.4 hectares) cases of arbitrary land acquisition across the country. Of these, 90 (34.0 hectares) correspond to forest fund lands. All forests located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan are objects of the State Forest Cadastre.
