Go ahead and purchase those valuable assets let them feel they own them through you. See yourself as their investment and that through you they can own a lot of resources.
- In most underdeveloped countries it is not a wonder to hear people talk of how government have refused to offer them commodities in the market even some politicians aspiring to form government promising how their government will be supplying commodities in the market. This will distort market due to bureaucracies in many governments.

Those who subscribe to Christian faith will tell you that in the book of genesis there are recording of all acts that Supreme Being called God did in the beginning of the universe and all its content. Through a word of mouth whatever we see was created with exception of man who God used mud to make them breathed into him to have life. In short we can say they trace their origin from the acts of God.
Had he thought of not making a man then there could have been no man on earth. In the same book of genesis in bible 2:15 after creation the Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work in it and keep it. God gave mankind a command and told him that he must tend or keep the garden.
Unless man was created and garden was created and command given to man to attend to the garden it could not have been man’s a binding responsibility to take care of the garden for example if what was created was waters instead of garden probably the focus of man could be how to deal with water in a beneficial manner.
If your parents do not own huge tracks of land or a fleet of vehicles and you are aware that they wish to have such possessions only that their resource base is the limiting factor but they have provided you with knowledge about such assets more to that you are blessed with resources then you can go ahead and purchase these assets.

Be happy with the realistic politicians who will promise to regulate business environment so that the market can operate in an efficient manner as investors will be willing to come in large numbers, identify gaps in the market and provide all that you require. Once this is done appreciate the government for their pro people, pro-development policies. Do not criticize the government for failure to directly supply products in the market unless it is a public good like security, health and education.
When you meet ill behaving people do not spend a lot of time criticizing them rather see this as a call for you to behave well to avoid hurting others. Having been hurt, show by example that much as there are evil people in the society there are also kind people in the society.
When you assess the natural skills in your kids and tell them about their strengths and possible good career choices for someone with similar or related set of skills be happy that you have equipped them with the necessary tools to decide which courses they would wish to pursue. Once they get decided support them financially and psychologically. If they remain genuine to you then they will appreciate the solid foundation you have laid for them and attribute their success to the foundation that you laid for them.
