MRS. BRINDA.D and J.H. Aasiya
When phones were bound by wires
Humans were totally free,
We roamed in the earth,
Admiring nature’s beauty, in pure delight.
We were healthy, with eyes so clear,
Our gaze upon the world, without a fear,
But now phones are free, and we’re confined
Scrolling, swiping with our fingers
We walk in the roads, with eyes on screens,
Our health suffers, our sight loses
Specs adorn our faces, a modern plight,
A symbol of addiction, a constant fight.
Relationships suffer, bonds grow weak,
Conversation is replaced, by screens gaze
Love and connection is totally lost in digital world
We’re tied to phones, in a modern daze.
once phones were a tool for connection,
now it has become a source of distraction and disconnection from the world
