Worth Noting:
- After the taking oath of office, he immediately hit the road of implementing this manifesto. This is despite the fact he assumed office at a time when the country was facing five major challenges including largest foreign debts. He has so far made great strides.
- His critics are having sleepless nights because they will have nothing to sell to Kenyans in 2027 campaigns.
- Sometimes back, President Ruto stated that the contest will be between “me and my track record”. I have no reason to doubt him.
- Since he assumed office, Professor Kithure Kindiki has been undertaking his constitutional duties with utmost dedication and precision. Therefore he has become a key pillar in terms of helping the President to fulfill his promises to Kenyans.
President William Ruto’s opponents whose eyes are trained on 2027 general elections have been leaving nothing to chance in trying to erect all manners of hurdles in his way.
But so far their efforts of trying to sabotage his development agenda have not borne any fruits.
This is because President Ruto is a well schooled and informed leader with vast experience.

As a result, he would deflate them before being actualized.
It is worth noting that in the countdown to 2022 general elections, President Ruto, then Kenya Kwanza presidential candidate, had unveiled a well researched and thought out election manifesto hinged on Bottom-Up Economic Transformation (Beta) Agenda.
