Nowadays, it’s surprising how things have changed. It’s the hope of each and everyone to be treated equally with respect without gender favouritsm, tribalism or racism. Equality is a thing which no efforts are applied in these recent times to cater for it.
For example, let’s look equality in this perspective. Suppose both a male and a female gender have studied Journalism, which is a competitive field in the market and both have qualified as journalists, when it comes to the issue of employment, most likely good looking ladies will get the chance of landing into a job than the male counterparts. The reason as to why ladies will get the job first is that good looking ladies are more preferred since they will attract the audience. The question remains, what about the males, are they not well educated?
Although looking groomy in a journalistic field is a key, I think most job employers should practice justice to all by not favouring one side and forgetting the other, that is, both male and female should be treated equally.
Therefore, equality should be accorded to all. Let’s not judge one in terms of his or her complexion since God created us and we are all good looking, moreover, the male gender should also be given a say in the society.
