- I wake up at 5am to prepare a news script for Oyominto TV where I work partly as a News Reporter, after which I proceed to my Daily job as an OCM visiting at most 3 shops a Day from Cleanshelf to Naivas and finally Quickmart shops to track sales make customer orders and also deal with after sales complaints for customers.

My Name is Anthony Barongo Bosire
Anthony is A Broadcast Journalist by profession having graduated from Africa Nazarene University with A Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Broadcast Journalism Major. I am currently working with Ideal Limited Company as an Outlet Coordinator Modern (OCM) in charge of pushing sales, making orders whole also studying market trends and also meeting customer demands from customer services to After-sales services. I also work with Oyominto TV as a News Reporter on part-Time basis.
Prior to this Role, I worked for Specific Talent Limited Company as A Loss Control Officer (LCO) purposefully to prevent Losses in Retail shops that arise internally and externally through proper receiving, dispatching and also taking keen eye to prevent shop lifting.
Immediately After my undergraduate studies, I applied for various job opportunities and lucky enough I got my first job with Specific Talent Limited Company and since then I have ground in the Business environment alongside my journalism profession.

A mistake of not taking my journalism classes alongside Business course, but I feel having spent almost 2 years in the business environment, I have been able to learn some skills that I feel I could have not learnt if I could have stuck with my profession alone.
As a trained communication student with competent skills in Communication, I have been able to communicate effectively with customers therefore creating a good rapport in the business environment.
I am a content creator, I collect, edit and present news Item for not only the TV station that I work for, but also for my YouTube page that I run. I am also able to publish my content in TikTok and Facebook for my friends and the Public to view. Therefore, social media has enabled me to expand the reach and also covering a wider audience.
I would advise that a New Entrepreneur would start the market Trends very carefully before embarking on a particular venture and Also meeting customer demands is very key while also solving any customer complain with immediacy. All this are aimed at maintaining customer loyalty and therefore likely to increase sales and expand the business.
