There is a need for tour operators and stakeholders to join hands with both county and National Government in a bid to see how local tourism can be boosted. This comes in the wake of recognition and acknowledgment of the critical role tourism plays in the economic growth of our Nation.
Simon Kabu, the director at Bonfire adventures, and who was feted by World Tour Awards for the seventh time running also called for nurturing of the domestic tourism.
“this is testament to the fact that people have a lot of trust in us because we recently won the BOYA awards. We dedicate these awards to all of you for your continued support.”
“there are people who still hold to the notion that it’s expensive to travel. We are demystifying this by offering pocket friendly packages. We are appealing to Kenyans to grab this opportunity to treat themselves especially in the incoming December festivities. We have pocket friendly packages both for local and international travel”
Mr Kabu also urged the Administration of His Excellency Dr William Ruto to incentivise for the benefit of small and mid-sized entreprises which play a pivotal role in economic development and growth.
Bonfire Adventures is now the most preferred tour and travel agency not just in the country but also across the borders
