In nature man is a social creature. He want to know more and more about fellow men but there is an extent to what he can know because not everyone discloses everything he does whether intentionally or unintentionally. The failure of man to know reason behind his colleague behaving in a certain way does not limit him from forming an opinion about him and even discussing with other people about that view.
Whether you do good, bad or you fail to do anything those who know you or who see you will have their comments about you trying to explain what they think about your situation.
If you disguise yourself then go asking people whether they know of somebody with your name some will tell you yes and go ahead to tell you about yourself including where they think you reside.
Remaining objective in what you aim at will see you succeed in your projects in life. Anyone who will dare question you, be open to hear his opinion but take only what is important from him for example one may provide an alternative method of accomplishing the task at hand if it is better in terms of cost effectiveness, quality and time management you may adopt it otherwise criticism with no bases should be treated as noise hence ignored.

Listening to people belonging to various language groups talking they will refer same thing in different names. Provided all can communicate effectively the terms they use does not matter. Everyone who will see or hear of them will opine on how effective they are in their communication to an extent that they need a single mention of an issue and necessary steps are taken.
It is pleasure of many people to be counted as living rather than mere existing. When there are issues about you which are widely discussed then know that you are impacting on them in a way or the other. In such cases you need to evaluate whether your impact is positive or negative, if positive magnify to your level best but when negative deescalate your level of operations.
Leadership requires you to demonstrate what need to be done other than wait to see what other people then react. Being active will attract attention of people towards you, once happy with either process or outcome people will come in numbers to promote your projects.
