When interested in buying land and you go to the market many are times that the seller puts a margin on the selling price. There is a discount which he is willing to give to the buyer. Having publicly announce his intention to seller many of the interested buyers have taken note of that property, several of them have approached the seller and set their offers. Prices may not be the only factor for the seller to consider once he receives several offers especially when several of the interested buyers are offering a certain price. If you happen to be one of these buyers what will determine whether you will be the lucky one to purchase will be whether the plot was to belong to you naturally as a number of you are offering similar terms yet the seller just want to dispose it to just one person.
You may not be the one the seller will sell to but the one who buys after sometime gets a new deal where he requires cash aware that you were interested in that piece of land he will be the one to request you whether you want to buy, if you do then the land will become yours albeit the previous seller refused to sell to you.
In your courtship your partner may be having other interested parties in him making it difficult to determine who is the best suitor if he really belongs to you naturally that is without requirement of you to over endear yourself to him he will evaluate and reevaluate his options then propose to you.
He can leave you for another person but within no time their relationship will fade and come back to you begging for forgiveness and seeking a hand in marriage.
He can try to marry several of those interested in him but he will not feel comfortable till he marries you no matter how well behave other suitors could be.

A farmer is always eager to plan at the onset of rains or whenever he is ready to provide water for his crops but as to whether the seeds will germinate or not is beyond him. His work is to prepare planting medium, planting material and offer suitable conditions like water, warmth, aeration and growing medium. If the seeds were to grow they will definitely do so. If they were to fail to germinate, planting will not guarantee their success.
Whatever succeeds in life was meant to be so since its inception the same case applies to whatever was destined for failure. It will eventually fail.
Never undermine the gateman. Had he not been there at work probably you would not be comfortable doing that task. Know that everyone is usually where he rightfully belongs at that particular time. Nature is always orderly it is man’s interventions that disrupt it.
