Worth Noting:

  • I’m Rabiya Yousuf. My journey started with reading newspapers when I was a child, I used to think how some great people got their writings published. They must be extraordinary ones. I can’t do this.
  • Recently my article: “Breast Cancer Awareness” got published in “Balochistan Express Newspaper.” Moreover in the Indian Newspaper “Sanskar” as well.
  • In the near future, I aspire to achieve recognition internationally and make good connections to broaden my perspectives.
  • I think as a writer, there is not much importance given to their work as it should be. They are not even paid for their precious content. That must be acknowledged.

One thing is for sure if you have a dream and you nurture it, indeed it will come to fruition. Rabiya grew up fascinated by the print media not knowing in due course her destiny would lead her to be featured in these very same papers. The moral of the story is to never let your dreams die a natural death.

This is because faith moves mountains coupled with consistency. As a result, Rabiya has had her treasured words published in a number of newspapers that is the Balochistan Express Newspaper, Sanskar India Newspaper and now with us the Mt Kenya Times. Growth as a writer can only be found through wide exposure in different markets.

Having myself written in the Sanskar India Newspaper headed by Vijay Kumar Sharma, l know how much elation a writer can derive from getting featured in newspapers especially from other countries. Consequently, the syndrome of putting yourself down should be replaced by thinking endless positive possibilities. In the same line of thinking, this is your first step to success.
