The rate at which our young girls are becoming mothers at an early age is at an alarming speed reason being men are irresponsible and don’t want to meet the costs in child upbringing leaving the girl child with nothing to do rather than to face the reality.
Love has made many young girls being tricked by men who end up sleeping with them and this is after fake promises being made to them. For example a man may confess his feelings to a girl who then falls in love with him and later the man is after the ‘honeypot’ which was his main motive in the relationship then after the lady bears a child, the man doesn’t accept that he was the one responsible for the action and this has made many girls being single mothers. In addition the girl is left facing the reality not knowing what to do since the ‘prey’ was only looking for the greener pastures then run away.
This is a thing that has left most of the girls saying that true love doesn’t exist yet it does exist. It’s a normality nowadays seeing girls who are in higher professions and are earning huge salaries but choose to remain unmarried reason being they fear heartbreaks and irresponsible father’s of their children. I think men should be concerned in whatever that they do and be responsible, supportive and loving.
In my conclusion, men should be men and be responsible for their actions and since actions has consequences they should be ready to face their own consequences and to the girls, do not admit making love with someone who is not ready to be with you, make future where there is brightness and by doing so the society will be moving in the right direction.
