United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Deputy President Candidate Rigathi Gachagua yesterday joined Kirinyaga County leaders for their Economic Forum.
The bottom-up economic forum, organized by Kenya Kwanza coalition alliance saw Kirinyaga stakeholders led by Governor Ann Waiguru state their expectations from the next government.
Gachagua and his team attentively listened to the locals as they gave various proposals on how the next government should consider improving the livelihood of them in particular as well as all Kenyans in general.
On his part, Gachagua said their proposals will be included in the manifesto which will be unveiled to Kenyans next week.
But he was particular that the Kenya Kwanza Alliance coalition government will set aside Sh50 billion annually towards establishing a Hustler Fund that will enable small business owners to access interest-free business financing either individually with firm viability or in small groups.
