First Assurance Company on Monday evening walked home with heads held high after winning six prestigious awards in the Think Business Insurance Awards on Monday evening.
The Company whose Vision is “To be preferred and trusted provider of insurance and integrated financial services” underscored its commitment to continue with excellent customer-centric service.
Dr. Johannes Kitaka who is the Chief Operating Officer, was kind enough to share his insights with us:
I’m Dr. Johannes Kitaka from First Assurance Company, today was a great day for us during this year’s Think Business Insurance Awards. We have gone home with six awards out of the 12 being contested for. The areas we have won include: Customer Service, technology, Fraud prevention, claim settlement, and our message to our customers is that we are there to settle your claims. All valid claims will be settled speedily and within the terms of the policies that we have. So we will continue to participate in this because it measures our competitiveness in the market.
