Β
Throwing its shadow on the door,
Aborted dreams die within the womb.
Little worms squirm, yell underneath the
Smoldering abode,
Smother from untamed ambitions,
With pipe-dreams
Ghosting across stifled dreams!
Inert souls wiggle
In hopeless moist earth mounds,
Harbouring vacuous visions
Discomfited goals haunt decaying
Corpses,
Emblazoning the silent underworld dark.
Above, mother earth
Breathes annihilation dreary curses,
Emotive dreams gagged in a day’s fallopian,
Like an accursed zygote,
Rise and tumble in dizzy summersaults,
On an abortive destiny defined only by paucity.
Deathly apparations,
Decked in these shadowy and dark apparels,
That bedeck forlon existence,
Only to rot,
When the moon shies away.
