“Let us gather as one family to celebrate a life that gave, loved, and served without ceasing.”
The founder of Love Of God International Ministries Church in Mbizo, Kwekwe, Apostle John Mapurazi, has extended a heartfelt invitation to the public to attend the memorial service of the late Gogo Hillaria Muzanenhamo in Silobela, his home village.

In a statement released this week, Apostle Mapurazi called on people from all walks of life to come together in remembrance of Gogo Muzanenhamo, describing her as a pillar of wisdom, faith, and community.
“Gogo Hillaria was a woman who opened her home, her heart, and her hands to everyone,” Apostle Mapurazi said. “Her life was a testimony of love, service, and unwavering faith in God. We invite everyone who knew her, and even those who did not, to come and honour her legacy.”
The memorial service will be held in Silobela and is expected to draw congregants, family members, community leaders, and friends from across the Midlands and beyond.
Apostle Mapurazi also extended a special invitation to all members of Love Of God International Ministries Church to attend and stand in unity as a church family during this time of remembrance.
“To our sons and daughters in Christ at Love Of God International Ministries, I kindly invite you to join us,” he said. “Let us go together to Silobela, to pray, to worship, and to celebrate the life of a woman who embodied the very love we preach.”
The service will feature prayers, worship, testimonies, and words of comfort as the community reflects on Gogo Muzanenhamo’s contribution to her family, her village, and the body of Christ.
Apostle Mapurazi urged attendees to come in the spirit of love, humility, and fellowship, noting that the gathering is not only a farewell but also a celebration of a life well lived.
“Though we mourn, we do not mourn as those without hope,” he said. “We celebrate her journey, and we draw strength from the example she has left us.”
