If a person is alive, he or she lives with memory; they spend life beautifully with memory. He remembers the precious moments in his life, the unforgettable moments he spent with his loved ones. But if the memory fails, these are impossible.
Memory (Arabic thought, thought, idea, imagination) – 1) a memory of a person or an event, an impression stored in memory; 2) memory, monument; 3) names of wives and daughters.
Memory is the ability of a person to remember and remember some impressions about another person or thing. A person’s ability to think and reason is also included in the memory. A tribute to a person is also a memory. When the dead are remembered, the ghost is a memory. The phrase “parishonhotir” is used to refer to a person who is distracted and has a scattered mind. Memory is the ability to store in the brain what a person has previously mastered, felt, done, and thought, and to restore it when necessary. Because of memory, people remember, apply, and leave the accumulated experiences and knowledge to the next generation. Most people want to remember everything. However, it weighs on a person.
Memory loss is common nowadays. According to the research of scientists, after the age of 60-65, changes occur in the human brain, physical activity decreases. As a result, the recall rate decreases. Today, not only the elderly, but also students and young people under the age of 35 suffer from memory loss. Most of those who apply with this problem are 25-40 years old. How do these things happen? For example, it often happens that people do not remember the books they read, quickly forget, short information, sometimes even phone numbers are kept in memory for a short time and then forgotten.
Causes of memory loss:
- Constantly being in a state of stress
- Improper nutrition
- Constant fatigue
If the memory loss is related to the above conditions, it is possible to treat it without drugs. For this, it is necessary to rest well. In addition, strict adherence to the diet is required. Eat more nuts, seafood, fruits, and whole grains. Because these products contain B1, calcium, and magnesium, they help the free movement of brain cells.
According to the electrophysiological, biochemical, histochemical, biophysical research conducted by scientists in the study of memory, the innovations introduced in science and technology lead to great progress, but the problems encountered in many aspects of the study of memory, including brain activity. remains unresolved. In fact, the power of memory, in which information is stored for a period of time, when it is restored and leads to certain conclusions and concepts, the genetic programming of everyone, passed from generation to generation, is of special importance. Accordingly, if one of the people of the same age remembers what he heard and saw for a long time, can quickly memorize the poems he read, and is eager to learn a language, the other person has weaker such abilities.
Memory loss can take different forms with age.
For example:
Dysmnesia (impaired memory);
Amnesia (disappearance of some fragments of things previously known);
Dementia (decreased intelligence due to impaired blood circulation in the brain);
Alzheimer’s disease (memory loss, inability to recognize people close to home, forgetting names);
Parkinson’s disease (muscle tension, decreased movement, tremors, speech disorder);
