Envisioning colour green
Her shovel firmly fixed on her firm hands
She was ready to till her own sanctuary
A dream she had long in her father’s monastery
With thoughts of despair and hope
Tarnishing her otherwise full blown ego
A mixture of two, made her drop her shovel
Hey you!
The gardener squealed in screeches that blinded her hopeful ears
Maybe she’s fated to till other people’s haven
She mumbled, bending to pick over her shovel
