Many describe him as a go getter. He is dedicated, focused, brilliant, and sharp and a results oriented team leader.
This is why his company Comfort Homes was voted as the Best in Real Estate Sector in 2022.
He is Dr. Hezekiah Kariuki Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Together as One Investment which is the parent company of Comfort Homes.
“The reason for our success is simple. We offer customer centred service. Our land is good and we allow our clients to repay with a flexible schedule. We also observe due diligence before embarking on any land buying process,” Dr Kariuki hinted.
Comfort Homes is indeed in support of the Government agenda on affordable housing.
“We are the only company offering pocket friendly houses in Syokimau with a two bedroom unit going for just Kenya Shillings Five million with a flexible payment plan of three to four years,” Dr. Kariuki added.
Dr Kariuki also supported the government’s move to come up with the Ardhi Sasa program, citing it as a step in the right direction since it will eradicate cartels who have been chocking the land industry.
“This is a very nice move because the customer will be able to conduct a search right at the county headquarters without necessarily having to travel to Nairobi.”
Dr Kariuki through his company Comfort Homes has looked into the welfare of Kenyans to make sure everyone can affordably own a piece of land. For this reason the company is offering plots at very affordable prices.
