A few months ago, the cabinet secretary of health announced that COVID -19 has greatly reduce, meaning the positivity rate has gone down. To everyone that was superb news because many thought covid-19 was here to stay with us forever.
He even announced that wearing of mask will no longer be a mandatory thing like it used to be. However, recently the positivity rate has risen steadily in the last few weeks and the flu outbreak has cause fears of the covid-19 6th wave and this is dangerous.
Therefore, in order for us as a county to avoid this, we should all start taking the proper precautions that were there before and also remember of the covid-19 vaccination.
Again the ministry of health should enhance vaccination process by availing vaccines closer to people and training of pharmacists on how to administer the vaccines, so as to allow full vaccination process across the country. By this, the positivity rate will go down and the 6th wave will just be a story.
