Dr. Ekrah Ndungu has been inspiring women and young girls in leadership sphere she is the CEO of the German Institute of Professional Studies, based in Nairobi, Kenya. She is also an Educational consultant (TVET Expert); corporate trainer; an Advisor, a career coach and Mentor; an Inspirational & motivational speaker in Africa. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach & Women Empowerment coach from Transformational Leadership Academy, USA and is a certified Life Coach, besides being a careers, confidence, and women empowerment Coach…. Serves as Chairperson Welfare Committee of Chief executive officers Association (Association of Christian CEOs in Kenya), sheโs also the National Chairperson Kenya National Association of private Colleges(KENAPCO) the umbrella body of all private colleges in Kenya.
Apart from being the guest speaker during the continental Awards where many companies from across Africa were recognized……
Dr Ekrah was also on Friday even feted yet again by Pacesetter s Award, in an auspicious ceremony that went down at Serena Hotel in Tanzania.
The humble, God fearing, inspirational, motivational, kindhearted Dr Ekrah had this to say. ‘We do not need to import people come solve our challenges in Africa, our entrepreneurs will solve that. Africa needs economic freedom which is every single entrepreneurs business to do in their own small way. It’s the right season for us to start export expatriates to the world to solve their labor challenges, for it is a challenge not to have a young generation. We pride of a youthful generation which we should also shape to be innovative. And true to those sentiments she’s guided many young people over the years on bettering their live by moving & working in Germany.
