It is a health concern that most of the people in the state who own pharmacies simply employ unqualified staff. They do this in order to save on the pay or at times they lack of qualified people to employ. The people who sell the drugs may give patients wrong drug prescriptions since the person lacks knowledge. This puts the recipients at a great medical risk endangering lives.
Some local pharmacies are also not in required condition required by the ministry of health and they does not adhere on the correct protocols since such local pharmacies main aim is to make profit by selling drugs. The ministry of health should ensure that all employees at the pharmacies are qualified and have appropriate accreditations before selling drugs.
