You may be a leader respected for his development record but arrogance makes many of your constituents feel discontented with you. You should avoid using direct language so that when out of context as a public speaker you may claim that you meant something that is favourable to both of you.
The ability to be charismatic in your speech makes those people who are loose tongued to entertain people as they make their presentations.
In the bible the book of first Samuel chapter 25 we hear of Nabal in the land of Maon a wealthy man whose livestock was protected at certain time by David’s army yet when David sought for his support to his servants Nabil was ungrateful to them even asking who David is other than being son of Jesse. Upon receiving feedback David was unhappy with mistreatment from Nabal he vowed to fight all men who belong to him.
Now I hear that it is sheep-shearing time. When your shepherds were with us, we did not mistreat them, and the whole time they were at Carmel nothing of theirs was missing. Ask your own servants and they will tell you. Therefore be favorable toward my men, since we come at a festive time. Please give your servants and your son David whatever you can find for them.’” When David’s men arrived, they gave Nabal this message in David’s name. Then they waited. Nabal answered David’s servants, “Who is this David? Who is this son of Jesse? Many servants are breaking away from their masters these days. The good actions of David averted attack plans that David had intended to do to males belonging to the house of Nabal. The good fortune in Nabal’s household was his wise and generous wife.
Those who are lazy can compensate this by being disciplined and have willingness to extend their service beyond the normal time if it will not be disallowed.
Your boss will notice that your pace was slow but again you were able to accomplish tasks allocated to you even though at later hours so he would not classify you as a liability to the institution that you are working in.
There are some people who are less intelligent compared to others but they are genuine and loyal to their bosses. You may find such people being offered premier positions at work and at the same time sharp advisors being forwarded to them as the boss feels safe working with them as they are transparent with him.
Much as the beauty is said to be in the eyes of the beholder it is not abnormal to find someone may not invited for a beauty contest due to stature but he or she is too kind, understanding and intelligent that many people would prefer to associate with him or her as opposed to the so called beautiful due to some of them being ill-mannered.
You kid may attend a college and study an infamous course which few people can recognize and respect only for the leaner to have easy time securing a prestigious job as not many have studied such a discipline.
No human being is perfect. It is advisable that everyone should take stock of his or her short comings then increase the magnitude of his strengths to overshadow his or her weaknesses.
