Since the start of 100% transition in the education sector, many students have joined learning institutions. This means there is a large number of graduates looking for employment.
Currently the government has improved the disciplined forces that’s; the national police service and the Kenya defense forces.
Many people are looking forward to join as it doesn’t require much to join, only a form 4 certificate with a D+ and above and to some extend employment is guaranteed upon finishing training, this has instilled pressure in graduates as most of them now considers fields that guarantee employment upon finishing training, it is easier for a student to leave school to join the forces than a form 4 leaver to leave the forces and join learning institutions.
The government therefore should also check into other fields of employment, set up initiatives that might help a fresh graduate on the outside world and also better up all fields to make sure none is favored or none is better than the other.
