The signing ceremony, which took place at IRA’s headquarters , was witnessed by senior management officials from the IRA and commissioners from the Advocates Complaints Commission. This collaboration underscores the commitment of both institutions to uphold the integrity of the insurance industry and to ensure that the interests of policyholders and other stakeholders are protected.
