Rules and regulations are important in every society. They guide us on what to do and what to refrain from doing. Those who strictly follow them are loved by the administrators as well as the ordinary people. They are predictable and lower the administration costs as no cases are advanced against them.
When drafting rules the regulators start by doing analysis of the existing systems if any or current trends are not as per their desires they come up with measures to dissuade them within the regulations while at the same time anything that is beneficial they try to persuade people to do more of it by making the regulations favourable to those who involve themselves in such acts.
Over time the technology improves, channels of social interactions increases and improves there is need to review the rules and regulations to be compatible with the current environment.
Ability to maintain updates in our social, economic, political and technological trends help you to remain relevant from one season to the other and from one generation to the other. Here you choose what to maintain and what to adopt

When dealing with them during the time they are facing hardships you need to show sympathy failure to which they will not feel as if you are part of them or you are insincere with them.
Instilling hope during difficult times helps you to win their hearts, encourage them to want to hear more and more from you and associate their success in future to your morale boosting deeds.
When talking to people and realise that they are disinterested with whatever you are emphasizing on try and change the perspective of the subject or abandon it all together by switching to another subject that is relatively friendly.
If you are convinced that whatever you are doing is the right thing to do but those who are around you wish to disassociate with you probably due to misconception about what you are doing or failure to understand do not bother encouraging them to follow you but carry out your tasks with them being aware of the task at hand once they see the results and how beneficial they are it is then when they will start emulating you without giving you a hard time.
If the ideas that you wish to disseminate to other people are not appreciated just mention them without forcing the people to adopt them. Probably they are new to them and with time they will give them a second thought thereafter adopt them.
In any phase you are in life you ought to know whether it is somewhere you will stay for a long period or transit within a short period then identify what to invest there. Be aware of yourself; be aware of where you adjust accordingly thereby enabling you to live a fulfilling life.
