Worth Noting:
- Some of the modern mentees now are there to copycat, without further details of vision, they are egoistic and too ambitious which is not wrong!
- Ambition needs direction otherwise one choke or flops along the way.
- I once told a young man to let the friend be when he came complaining of copycat syndrome, I said, you got it all and he got half a cookie!
- “Let him copy see how far he will drive the initiative!” and within two weeks the guy left the campaign and started music!
- I said “see, if you birth an idea there is no need to fight when it is stolen unless it is a brilliant thief!”
A mentor is a guide or someone that crafts and paves a path for a protègé!
It is similar to a role model the difference here is that a mentor is 💯 involved in guidance.
Technology has come up with best teaching apps and tools such that less is done in education on this century.
However in some fields guidance is needed in details for a few to make it.
In an era that each is a master, less are keen to be respected and have gratitude and majority are the all knowing how can you mentor with delicate and best manner?
Maintain those who need the help and do it without the requirements of gratitude nor support, genuinely help those who are willing.
Keep pushing those who are wishing to be picked up and never allow any malice and chalice to let you fail nor harbor negativity in your great path.
Show ropes and continue build anyone who wants to grow and definitely avoid the people who steal your joy and focus on growing higher and greater.
Scenario of am raising beyond you, be happier when they grow higher and more and rejoice in that elevation.
Never give up on pioneering good things and simply continue raising the flag higher.
Be grateful for all positive feedback and outcome!
In the past mentees were very humble and respectful.
They came genuinely to gain knowledge and support, they worked hard and pushed beyond the horizons.
The mentees had limitations as technology was not there and innovations were limited.
Mentorship was hard yet enjoyable in the past as intentions were honest and legit.

Most copycats got short sight their vision is not strong enough, look away and before you know it they fall and trample!
