The Law “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities” was developed by the Cabinet of Ministers in order to implement the “Year of Prosperous Life” state program, approved by the President’s decision on September 11, 2017, and approved by the Legislative Chamber on October 29, 2014 was adopted and approved by the Senate on November 13, 2014.
The new law is aimed at further improving the organizational and legal basis of considering the appeals of individuals and legal entities, providing guarantees for the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, and the legal interests of legal entities.
The law “on appeals of individuals” consists of 5 chapters, 31 articles. The legal strengthening of the possibility of submitting appeals using modern information and communication means is an important aspect of this law. It contains additional guarantees for the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as the legal interests of legal entities.

According to the law, individuals and legal entities are guaranteed the right to apply to state bodies, organizations and their officials individually or collectively.
The right to apply is exercised voluntarily. No one can be forced to defend any application or participate in actions directed against it.
The exercise of the right to appeal should not violate the rights, freedoms and legal interests of other natural and legal persons, as well as the interests of society and the state has the right to apply accordingly.
