An adventure with disciplined forces staff under ordinary conditions whether one is a friend or a relative and is not in duty you will find that they do not fear approaching new situations provided they have an escape route and can be able to see far distance from their point of operation.

Their courage to confidently face different situations is drawn from they training where they are exposed to varying situations and how to navigate them.

This do not occur just voluntarily but it is out of tough conditions that they are exposed to and left without options other than taking a step of courage for example being left in a forest at night alone and you are aware it has dangerous wild animals which are able to see well at night than during the day time, can run faster than you and are carnivorous. Such exposures make them get used to tough conditions eventually becoming brave.

They rarely walk in solitary and are curious of what is happening around them They are suspicious of anything that they are unable to easily identify and try to avoid it as much as possible.

You find many of them stick to their marriages even when they experience simple challenges which are not life threatening aware that there are others who have huge hurdles yet they have tolerated and overcame the challenges facing them.

Many are times when you hear teachers emphasize to their students to work hard at school. Having undergone through the system and currently enjoying some of the benefits of their hardwork, they talk with certainty that education is rewarding even if the training process is demanding.

When you see great footballers in the field show casing their talents you need to realize that much as the talent in them is natural, they need to make deliberate efforts to hone these talents. Through these efforts they sharpen their skills.

Many companies while advertising for job positions especially mid-level and management level expressly state the number of years of experience required as they try to attract experienced candidates who would not approach work using mere trial and error method rather, they will be having a history of dealing with related situations in the new position that they are seeking to occupy.

You will learn that in many organisations entry level jobs are the most underrated jobs with everyone wanting to apportion any blame on them as the unexperienced staff. Being a shamed on almost daily basis is the order of the day. Everyone is suspicious of entry level staff as they are seen as the weak points where most of errors are likely to originate from.

Constant enquiry from the experienced staff for fear of making mistakes becomes their routine and not all of them are cooperative and kind with these entry level staffs some see them as unnecessary disturbance to them.

Over time when the entry level staff perfect their trade they become some of the most sought after persons in the industry as everyone admirers their mastery of work.
