At birth the brain of the baby is about a quarter that of an adult and it is fully equipped with all neurons required. In the first year its size doubles and by the time the kid reaches 3 years the volume of the brain is 80 percent that of an adult.
By the age of 5 years the brain development has reached 90 percent.
Fully development of the brain happens past 20 years and it is faster in women that in men.
You will realize that whatever the child is taught is what he learns that is why any language you teach to a kid is the language he is going to know.
In any human being habits are learnt both good as well as bad manners develop as regular repetition occurs over time.
To impart knowledge in various fields in a regulated environment where there is a well thought progressive system the governments usually establish schools.
This is also informed by their awareness of the need to have good foundation for high quality thoughts so that the decisions that you make will be meaningful to you at personal level as well as the whole nation.
Among the four major factors of production land, capital, entrepreneurship and labour. Labour is the most important resource as it controls the rest. High quality of labour makes the production process efficient in terms of quality, timeliness and coordination. The quality of labour as good as the understanding of the manpower required, processes required and most appropriate decision in every instance.

The quality of your thoughts is as good as the quality of life that you live. Those who engage in crime think about crime, their actions are just actualization of what their memories have been processing.

You can easily see son behave like father or a daughter whose habits resemble that of her mother.
You may have noticed some people who commit crime, get convicted and finally jailed. They are retrained on best practices reason being the authorities aim at changing their habits for better that is why the jails are referred to as rehabilitation centres.
As a parent it is important if you are able to personally train your children, if you opt to employ someone to bring them up then you should be concerned with the behaviours and intelligence level of your employee as they will input what they possess in your children otherwise let their salaries not be the only factor to consider when hiring them.
If you are in courtship the character of your colleague is likely to be reflected in your kids so you should keep this in mind as you decide to continue with the engagement, marriage and children bearing processing.
When you are electing a leader, you need to remember that there are many who will see him as a role model. His characters may be widely replicated in the society so take this into consideration as he will influence the thought process of those who will come to know about him. Think of the morals you want to see in the society before you cast your ballot.
