You want to cast out devils? Build yourself up and use your heavenly language (praying in new tongues). He gives it to you for several reasons: the first, to talk to Him with; and the second, to edify yourself, to build up yourself. If you do that, you will be doing what God says to do.
If you are sick, Jesus will heal you—every time for everybody—if they will receive it. But you have no right to judge God by how He deals with your friends. Once you refuse to do what Jesus tells you, refuse to trust Him and do your own thing, that is when you allow seducing devils and doctrines of devils to come in and cause you to believe all sorts of things. Faith is not seen. I do not cast out demons because I see or smell or feel something. I cast them out because the Word of God tells me to cast them out. It is by faith that you do things for God. When you depart from faith, you open the door for seducing spirits. Your mind is in danger of being sucked up by the devil.
Because you are not believing the right thing, you will accept the wrong thing. There is great power in the right believing. God does not honor wondering. He honors faith. If Jesus tells you to do something, you had better do it. Right before Jesus went to heaven, He said, …they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover… (Mark 16:18). Then He went right on to heaven. Yet there are ministers who will tell their congregations, “That’s not the way we do things around here.”
I know God does not think too highly of that attitude. If you refuse to obey Jesus, you are in trouble with God already. It does not matter what is involved. Get started in obedience. Nothing is too difficult or too hard for the Lord.
Submit to God, surrender to the Holy Spirit; to His counsel, guidance, strengthening, Christening/sanctification, righteousness and help. The Almighty God promised us the gift of the Holy Spirit, WHO will always be with us( John 14:16, John 15, Romans 8 :26-28).
