Worth Noting:

There are people who for person reasons claim to be either gays or lesbians no matter their ability to give birth owing to fertility of their sperms and ovum once they continue with such relationships they will never bear off springs as for human beings there is need for both the sperm and ovum to meet and fertilize to form a zygote and the process continue up to delivery stage of a baby.
Some trainers despite having a good masterly in a certain subject do not want to fully impart them to their trainees they just use less than 20 percent then claim that it is upon the trainee to do personal research and understand the rest of the processes.
Many are times that learners under such a trainer perform poorly as they struggle a lot in understanding concepts as they have to work all by themselves. The results obtained by such students are used to judge how best that trainer is.
Poor performance by majority of the trainees puts doubts about how well they were trained in the minds of all the stakeholders but in real sense the trainer is well versed in the subject only that he is both jealous and lazy to teach consequently his knowledge is not appreciated by all those who hear about the performance if his class with some people doubting his abilities.
Sleeping giant is a term used to refer to many people who have great potential but due to one reason or another they fail to use it only for the assessor or one claiming that you are a sleeping giant to fully evaluate your capabilities and realize that you can perform better than you are currently doing.
Being referred as so is a good term as it can motivate you to work hard but if you fail to do so you will remain in the same state and there will be no reward for being that way.

The time factor is also important as one can be termed as a record breaker if none has taken a shorter time than him in a similar race in the past and the competition must be recognized by the athletics body.
Suppose you go to the field alone observe the race rules then run and mark time that you have spent and realize that it is shorter than the previous records set, you will not be declared a record breaker in that race for you have not observed all the requirements of the race despite your running time being shorter compared to anyone else.
If you are good at singing but you fail to compose your own song only to sing what others have composed you may be liked by many music fans and receive invitations to perform at many events but at no one time will the composition of the music you perform be associated with you nor will you get the royalties for the composition no matter how better than the original composer you sound while singing.
If you have land and amazing ideas on how to cultivate to reap maximum benefits but you fail to put them into practice only for you to keep narrating to people how such ideas have worked somewhere else at no one time will your words translate to a great harvest in your land.
If you opt to demonstrate your ideas on your land by directly applying them, many of those who will pass by or hear about your achievements will be glad in you and directly associate the success with you.
If you possess driving skills but fail to obtain a licence no one would be willing to hire you as his driver no matter how good your skills are.
Utilize your skills well and you will benefit from them.
