In summers there are more daylight hours than in winter while in winter the reverse is true but the day still has 24 hours in both summer and winter. Those who work outdoors using natural light feel more privileged during summer.
If you are that boss who pushes his staff to work hard before it gets dark then during summer season you may be overworking your staff while during winters you may feel as if they have not worked hard enough as the number of hours of daylight are fewer. That said one need to work for a certain period then relax, refresh so as to continue with work having more vigour and do a high quality work.
Much as there is need to be aware of hours and spend every minute wisely the best approach need to look for the easiest method to do work in the most efficient manner. Spending large amounts of energy does not equate to doing a lot of work, strategy is key.

In a family setup the parents usually wish the best to their kids. Some parents go an extra mile to choose professions for their kids especially the ones highly valued by most of members in the society forgetting that unless the kid focuses on what he is naturally oriented in he would neither exploit his creativity fully nor feel fully satisfied with his work. When allowed to follow own ambitions one is able to scale high heights with ease and gain the honour that rest of family members would wish to be associated with.
When you force people to do what their hearts does not like they will do it so as to please you but in your absence they will abandon it or perform poorly due to divided royalty.
Taking an example of a toddler he tries to imitate what those around him are doing. If it is speech he starts pronouncing it as per his understanding until that time he perfects. When it comes to walking he may start by crawling then reinforcing himself with structures until that time when he will manage to walk independently so are other people who we interact with they have their own version of understanding we should not force them to do everything like us. If they find what we are doing is favourable to them they will emulate us and with time perfect it.
