The globalization of education, the introduction of innovative technologies, and the flow of large-scale information require regular updating and improvement of the educational content. . One of the important tasks is to implement the state policy in the field of education, to improve the educational process based on the requirements of the unified state in personnel training, to provide educational literature, and to provide continuous methodical service to pedagogues. Today’s rapidly changing economic, social and spiritual life requires the wide use of new pedagogical interactive methods to form the worldview of children and young people. The stronger the knowledge, the more the child’s worldview and intellectual potential will develop and mature. Development of training methodical complexes, formation of knowledge and skills related to the field of modern management and pedagogical technologies among leaders and experts of pre-school education organizations based on advanced foreign experience are included among the current issues. Preschool education is the main link of continuous education. Previously, this system served only to create conditions for the social activities of parents working in various sectors of the national economy, but now the requirements for the work content of kindergartens have also been changed. One of the main tasks is to prepare children to study at the school level. 12 new programs have been developed, tested and implemented, which are closer to the school curricula in the education of kindergarten students. Positive results were achieved by using these programs in the educational process in kindergartens. In accordance with the state requirements for preschool education, which is the first link of the continuous education system, preschool educational organizations should increase the efficiency of the educational process, and implement the latest achievements of science. to bring up a well-rounded child who is creative, socially active, highly spiritual, professional, loyal to the Motherland, who respects national and universal values, who can think creatively and independently, who feels his duty and responsibility before the state, society and family , the implementation of important tasks such as instilling the idea of national independence into their minds and hearts is envisaged. The 21st century is the century of techniques and technologies. In this age, without innovation, without research, without creativity, a person cannot have his place in life as an independent individual. The 21st century is the century of techniques and technologies. Today, in every family, technical devices – for example, mobile phones, television, computer, tablet, etc. are widely used in daily consumption. It is noteworthy that young children use these devices quickly and easily compared to adults. However, the level of goal orientation is very simple. In this sense, preschool education organizations are being provided with complete technologies. This will expand the possibility of using visual aids in education based on modern technologies. In particular, it is advisable to use educational types of game programs for children in pre-school education institutions. In education, innovative technologies are used based on the use of certain approaches in teaching, i.e. principles that include the requirements and goals that are the basis for the development of new technologies. All innovations in the pedagogical field are based on strict compliance with the current stage of social and economic development of society. Currently, they should be focused on the development of students’ independence, the formation of self-learning and self-development skills, and the conscious assimilation of educational programs, not mechanically. Almost all preschool education organizations in our country are equipped with modern computer and telecommunication technologies. This, in turn, requires educators to have a new approach to their work. The introduction of new technologies into the educational process does not suppress the educator by technical means, but changes his task and role through a new approach, turning the educational activity into a profession based on a more vibrant, creative and creative approach. This cooperation will serve a bright perspective only if we do not neglect to create programs based on continuity and coherence, which are aimed at correct and conscious use, raising our spirituality. Reforms in the system of pre-school education are developing rapidly with the development of society and the country. Therefore, there will be a need for pre-school education organizations in the future next to workshops and factories with a large number of permanent jobs. In this regard, organizing separate buses to bring children who live far away, thinking about the work procedures and programs of such institutions are considered to be special problems.
