It’s so important you become happy inside your heart, as your happiness does contribute towards your health. When your spirit is crushed, it affects the condition of your health and health. Choose to be happiness over sadness, remember you have the power to choose to be happy even when you are provoked to react in a negative way in this world.
Day 3.

Philippians 4:7
And the peace of God, which is deeper than all knowledge, will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

God peace is greater than troubles of this world, and it’s deeper than all knowledge of this world. The peace of God will sustain your mind and heart at all time’s in this world!
Day 4.

Matthew 18:3
And said, Truly, I say to you, If you do not have a change of heart and become like little children, you will not go into the kingdom of heaven.

Children don’t have time to :
- Hold grudges
- To hate
- To think of killing another person,
- To back evil with evil.
May we learn to have characters that reflect the words of God, and to humble ourselves before God. Little children always run towards their parents, even after they have received correction for their behavior. Even us, may we not run away from God but continue to draw closer to him at all time’s
Day 5.

Psalms 11:5
The Lord puts the upright and the sinner to the test, but he has hate in his soul for the lover of violent acts.

The Lord puts the righteous and sinners to test into test, but he hates violence act’s. It’s better to do good works for the glory of God than to do evil works and face God judgement. May we always choose to do good works than to practice evil works in this world.
Day 6.

Psalms 12:6
The words of the Lord are true words: like silver tested by fire and burned clean seven times.

The word’s of Jesus Christ are true and remains unchanging from one generation to the next generation. Jesus Christ is trustworthy as he will neglect us neither change his promises. Trust Jesus Christ become he alone is trustworthy even in difficult situations we encounter in this world.

Ecclesiastes 12:7 and the dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.

One day your spirit will separate from your physical body, and it shall return to God. Remember, God is the one who maintain your breath and who sustains your life in this world.
