Education as is said is the key to success and the most powerful weapon to use to create change in the world. However, from recent trends and talks, it is seen that a lot of complain are raising about high rates of unemployment.
It is significant that the youths should consider that self-reliability is key for self-propulsion within our current economically challenging society. Therefore, creatively deriving strategies to fend for themselves is the only means to guarantee surelty in making it a success rather than relying on white collar jobs.
Advisably, starting small projects under a small support they get will enable them to be financially independent while studying and after completion of their studies.
With appreciation to governmental support such as Kenya Youth Employment Opportunities which is a government initiative to support the youth in curbing unemployment besides other efforts by non-governmental organisations, should give them all reasons to put a smile on putting effort on considering self-employment.
