We have looked at a number of things that can cause defeat and frustrations in life:
1) Wrong diagnosis
2) Wrong Remedy
3) Lack of inquisition from God
4) Broken covenants
5) Iniquity un-repented
6) Hereditary curses not broken/ detached!
7) Lack of understanding of calling
In peculiar cases, where God’s divine plan is to refine and mould, it demands:
- a) Trusting God
- b) No murmuring/ complains
- c) Patience, while in fullness of joy e.g Joseph in prison while destined to be prime minister, and David escaping Saul in caves, while destined to be King! …. Oh Lord, by your mercies, give us understanding and wisdom always in Christ Jesus mighty name: AMEN
The aim and hope is to get a permanent solution when you have a problem in your life. So, before we bind and cast our demons, it is good to establish whether what is happening to us has to do with demons or God’s hand. 1 Corinthians 8:26 The Apostle Paul said “ Therefore I run thus: NOT with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air.” In short he is saying, “ Whenever I decide to fight, the first thing I do is to identify my enemy so that I do not waste my blows: I do not beat the air.” In light of this, it is very crucial that you do not find yourself fighting God Himself! For it will be a lost battle from the beginning! Consider ACTS 5: 38- 39 “And now I say to you, keep away from these men and let them alone; for if this plan or this work is of men, it will come to nothing; 39 but if it is of God, you can NOT overthrow it—lest you even be found to fight against God.”
