Worth Noting:
- That’s why President Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev looked at this issue as his concern and pain, emphasizing that the future of our country depends on modern young personnel, and for this, we need to fundamentally improve the education system, make young people in the spirit of patriotism, possessing high spirituality.
- Education – as a priority task. Indeed, if we look at the history of developed countries, we can see that the reforms aimed at changing the life of the society started with the education system of the young generation, and then with the issues of the education system. Because young people cannot change their personality and society without organizing their education.
At the present time, our people are living with the ambitious goals of achieving the standard of living typical of the most developed countries and building a new society. We will not be mistaken if we say that creating a modern and attractive image of our country and building a New Uzbekistan has become the main goal of our compatriots. In this regard, it is worth noting that comprehensive and fundamental changes are being implemented in all spheres of our life in recent years and positive results are being achieved. The most gratifying thing is that these positive results are being realized through the growing young generation. In today’s era of globalization, it is the public’s duty to care for the perfect generation, to strive to educate healthy, high-spirited young people. That is why; from the first days of independence special attention was paid to the systematic, step-by-step implementation of reforms in the field of youth education and raising their spirituality. In particular, the content and main directions of the state policy on youth were defined in the law “On the foundations of state policy on youth in Uzbekistan” adopted on November 20, 1991. Here, the reforms implemented in our country and with a high appreciation of practical work, the following can be cited.

Because young people cannot change their personality and society without organizing their education. As the head of our state noted, the main goal of today’s society is to strengthen confidence in the future of Uzbekistan, to educate young people who are worthy of their ancestors. In fact, drawing attention to the not yet fully resolved problems of young people, who make up the majority of the population today, and raising a healthy and well-rounded generation requires the participation of not only state bodies and educational institutions, but also the general public. Solving this important strategic task now requires the family, neighborhood, educational institutions and civil society institutions to work together effectively. As our first president I.A. Karimov noted, “At the same time, today’s intense time, life itself is putting new, very important and urgent tasks in front of us regarding the education of the young generation.”
The head of our state signed the book of honored guests of the Presidential School: it contains, among other things, the following words: “Today, the development of education and upbringing of the young generation in our country is becoming a national goal, a national movement, a priority task of the entire society. We will achieve our noble intention of raising our new Uzbekistan to the stage of high development by educating selfless young people, who think fresh and independently,
who love their homeland more than their souls, who will faithfully serve for its bright future. In order to train such potential and competent personnel, we have established completely modern educational institutions – Presidential schools in every region of our republic. I believe that these places will bring up new Khorezmians, Ferganis, Berunis, and Ulugbeks who are able to take the future destiny of Uzbekistan into their own hands and win the competition in the era of globalization. I wish that the Presidential School, which started operating in our capital city of Tashkent, will be an example in realizing the grand and noble dreams of our people.” Our first president I.A. Karimov emphasizes: “We must not forget that the foundation of our future is created in the fields of knowledge, in other words, what our nation will be like tomorrow depends on the education and upbringing of our children today.” The future fate and prospects of young people thinking about, in today’s era of globalization, it is appropriate to pay special attention to the above factors in raising the spirituality of the young mature generation.
