Chief Justice Martha Koome with the LSK Council team yesterday

The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) officials led by its President Eric Theuri paid a courtesy call on the Chief Justice, Martha Koome at her office in Supreme Court. The President presented a memorandum highlighting various issues affecting advocates.
The issues include the payment of pauper brief and pro bono services, e-filing and virtual courts, handling of complaints against Judicial Officers amongst others.
The CJ on her part congratulated the team for taking office and reiterated on the need to address the above issues raised for the betterment of members.
