Nyeri County senatorial candidates Wambugu Nyamu (left), Priscilla Nyokabi and Kabando wa Kabando at Kabiru-ini grounds on Saturday.
They met when Azimio La Umoja coalition Deputy President candidate Martha Karua held a campaign meeting after opening the coalition command centre at King’ong’o area near Nyeri town.
They trio, though seeking the same sear embraced each other and vowed to support whoever is elected by the local electorate.
Nyamu is contesting on the Democratic Party of Kenya (DP) ticket, Nyokabi on Jubilee while Kabando on Narc Kenya ticket.
During the meeting, Nyamu, a businessman in Nyeri town officially joined the Azimio group.
On her part, Ms Karua urged the local voters to support the Azimio team saying it has what it takes to uplift the living standards of all Kenyans without discrimination.
