The current state of the nation badly needs the entire sundry to conglomerate, decipher and chant a new path that will require the political class to accord as we near the general election.
It’s a decisively moment that our social classes, that usually shy away from political conversation, swallow their meanest attitude towards politics and the face the bull by its horn, since the economic turmoil that we face affects us all.
Despite of Ukraine and Russia war, Kenyan economy has been bad at its knees only felt by the common citizen who depends on hand to mouth. Skyrocketing mired increased in foodstuffs in the country should awaken voters from their senses.
The recent nationwide shortage of oil also raised eyebrows on the way the government is treating the oil suppliers. It was evidently that the artificial oil shortage was wired after the government failed to anchor the big players in the sector their subsidies.
Despite of that, the political scene is still taking stage, with politicians showcasing their pimpled oily campaigns as they muscles out against their competitors. A true significance that we do not share the same problems with them.
In the midst of all this hassle and tussle, we are about to employ another term of civil servants, hard-faced corrupt baggage politician or promising new faces that we can’t tell their angel in them. Therein lies both a grim kind of hope and yet another term to hand ourselves in the hands of corrupted kind of leaders, it’s just a definitive moment.
