I am Abie Rachel Ogoh Nyassi, the daughter of a renowned scholar James Afam Ogoh and Elizabeth the hard working woman of God. I am, a selfless result oriented and hard working person, hard working person who is clear headed and have a vision in life a human right activist, a youth advocate, a poet a feminist, An Environmentalists, aspiring youth leader and a public speaker.

I am From The Gambia 🇬🇲
3).What is your profession?
I am a proud procurement officer and a poet
4).Where did you publish it?
I was future on standard newspaper The Gambia, and recently on Kenyan times.
5).Who is your Illustrator?
My illustrator is my dad despite he is not Alive with me, l choose him because I have believe we are still connected because is his legacy I am living he had molded me and fortified my instinct as a child to believe is God and believe in what i can do my dad has make me believe that today I can do it to me everything came as a meditation that I don’t have to let my father’s dream die. I have to inspire generations because this was his dreams and he could not make Then I decided to follow what he love doing to make him happy where he is.
6).Did you make an input on cover design?
Not yet I am planning so if I have the opportunity and means of doing so. I will love to awaken the sleeping talent in me to say to the world I am a height they should see.
7).You best poem from your book, tell us more about that poem!
Life is possible was my best poem in 2020 and 2022 in the memory of my dad. this poems means a lot to me it was a painful experience whenever I look around i don’t believe I won’t get to hear his voice and see his face I decided to write the poem to saw the people who never believe I will make it in life Years ago it took mom and I a lot, it was not easy seen my mom struggling to see that I am happy When things get harder see will always tell me God is great making me believe. I am a winner in life keep your head up I decided to write life is possible to saw the Enemy out their despite the pain, hardship and the difficult circumstances. I will forever persevere through the mercy of God the same 2020 the ending of it I got married but that never stop my dream at some point i had to take a break but later I realized I am not full filling what I promised myself I get on my feet back I decided to keep writing 21st of June 2022 I decided to pay respect to my dad to applaud him for sacrifices, care, love and support he has given me as a child. Dad and mum watch me grew into the gorgeous, talented and brave lady I have become in his absence I decided to remind everyone a day shall come to pass.
When the stars and the birds of the air will be missing, a day when the stones and he bones will become, A day when our voices and faces will be unrealized.
This is to remind everyone about death no one will escape this day because. I used to be happy around love ones and they are no more. In addition to this I remind those that never believe in my aspirations as a rising star and those that consider me as a no body, treated like nobody I was in darkness because I was lost. In this poem I quote I remind everyone I have a destiny not a destination I will forever shine because in God I put my trust.
8).Who motivated you to write?
God motivated me through revealing to me what was at hand by dreaming and meditating. it was like a voice in my dream it’s time, it keeps rolling in my head it’s time to break the chain of silence in me I started writing without dad been around me to watch over what I was doing to help me paint my words in powerful poetry verses but with love ones and family they have giving me courage i can do it, I keep believing in my Self that I am the author of story I have to speak out to be an inspiration to young ones to keep aiming no distance is too far to build a legacy. I believe it’s my commitment and the blessings of God and my mom upon my life is what keeps me moving.
9).What inspired you to write?
Difficult circumstances inspired me to write.
10).Do you have fans, how do you react to fans?
I will say yes / I will say no in the other way well I believe everyone who support me is fan I react to everyone like a family. Without their support and love I will not yet to this day.

I will say no
12).Merging the books with community service, are you involved in any community service?
Yes I was involved in community service but in different aspects I was sensitizing people on climate change and environmental degradation.
13).How did your faith help in marketing your craft?
Well I will say thanks be to God I cry in dark to God to make it possible for me to break every obstacle being a writer is not easy especially when you have no one to talk about your plans it difficult in that hard times. My pain is what sustained me in marketing my craft through writing because I always have the believe that my faith will lead me to success one day here I am great full for what I do.
14).How many copies did you sell so far or how many do you plan to sell in near future?
I haven’t sell any yet but hoping to sell soon if I have the need resources to make copies.
15).What is your future plans?
My plan is to build a legacy through poetry.
16).Encouragement to up upcoming writers, what can you say?
I will say to all aspiring writers if challenges can be tactics, tactics can be vision and Vision can mission this is to tell all the aspiring writers never allow obstacles to kill your dreams every question is yield to a stem and resolve he who is fix to a star should never change his/her mind because of situation let you down should not stop anyone from what we want to achieved who we want to be. I believe it’s possible it you say to yourself it’s possible nothing should stop us.
