Dispute in Ndeffo, Nakuru County resolved says Governor Kinyanjui

The long outstanding boundary in Ndeffo area, Njoro sub-county has eventually been resolved.
Yesterday, Nakuru County Governor Lee Kinyanjui led a high powdered delegation in the area where the issue was amicably resolved.
Together with with the Ndeffo residents, National Land Commission and other representatives from National Government agencies, the team agreed on the cutline which has been a thorn in the flesh for sometimes.
The original map of the disputed area in Njoro Sub-County shows where the legal boundary is and therefore the illegal beacons erected will be removed immediately, the meeting agreed.
“My administration will work with the relevant agencies to start the process within three weeks. Nakuru County will meet the cost of moving the cutline to its original place,” Kinyanjui said after the meeting.
He continued, “Residents should continue with their daily activities without fear, as we are working with security agencies to ensure the safety of residents”.
