Message from Hellen Ateya to her daughter Corazon, written by Bettie Atemo
From the moment I set my eyes on you darling,
You sparkled my eyes like a jewel.
I knew motherhood was calling,
In my arms, I warmly welcomed my jewel
Corazon bebe,
In my eyes I see millions of sweet you,
You are my favoured jewel!
Enjoy your birthday girl!
Holding thee has always been a blessing
Success following you all through,
As you raise above the bar, favoured jewel
May all your desires come through!
May all your wishes warm your walks of life,
Happy Birthday favoured jewel!
Cute Corazon,
Mama adores your hard work,
In your judgement as the high court advocate,
Buy a shield of high coat!
Bring forth the jewel in you.
Happy Birthday favoured jewel!
On this your 24th birthday,
Walk warmly in Lord’s grace,
Favoured jewel!
Enjoy it with a smile,
This be your special day,
Enjoy your birthday Corazon,
Happy Birthday favoured jewel!
