Aubrey Chapi Chola a renowned Zambian based business man

Aubrey Chapi Chola a renowned Zambian based business man who’s popularly known as ChaCho in Kitwe had at one point in the year 2020 told all his tenants that were occupying his shops to stop paying rent.
Mr Aubrey put up a notice that read, “To all my tenants occupying shops in Bulangililo Kitwe. I would like to inform you that with effect from 30th April 2020, you will not be required to pay rentals for the months; may, June and July 2020. This is to give you time to recover from the loss of business caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.”
The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic affected a lot of people in the world. In Zambia paying rentals became a burden for some citizens, however Mr Aubrey’s act of kindness really impacted his tenants’ positivity.
Many people lost their livelihoods, lives due to Covid, however the kind gesture of this gentleman has made a lot of difference to many.
Moreover it created great impact as lots of people are fully recovering from the dry season.
It is a very commendable thing that business people must take into consideration that it’s not always about taking but to give us a wonderful gesture too.
