Another Book Released.
On the Independence Day of the Republic of Botswana Dr Paula.O.M. Otukile, shall release her thirtieth book named “Botswana!”
It’s a book telling the reader about the flora and the fauna of Botswana, Agriculture, tourism, wildlife, food, culture, tribes, and the experience of living in Botswana.
Upon this interview Dr Otukile mentioned that during her diaspora she realized that many people did not know Botswana but rather thought of Botswana as a colony of Republic of South Africa, or part of South Africa.
She also detailed how she wanted the world to embrace and know about the beautiful country she comes from.
Dr Otukile said that the Okavango delta, was one of the most visited heritage site, and Kasane in Chobe area.
She said that the first people who are from Kalahari desert were the best history story to be related to the world and the future generations.
She also told how Batswana as a tribe were related in some way to South Africans, and the Bantu people had a beautiful intertwined history.
She also related the story of food that due to being landlocked how Batswana depended on agriculture, exports and imports trade in the country of diamond, education and health benefits from diamonds.
The peace and the political stability of Botswana as well as the tranquility within the land.
