Land, unlike any other property here on earth has been a source of problems to many but why yet we found it there? We inherited though others buy but many are left with by their ancestors.

Like other properties, land can be sold to others when either a person is not financially stable or for business purposes which is understandable.

The ministry of land together with the government has tried their best level to ensure that there are certain procedures (Land laws) through which individuals must follow when buying or selling land to avoid misunderstandings later on.

One of the measures that were placed is the issuing of tittle deeds to the original land owner; this can be achieved through signing with the area chief and local leaders.

A lot of people have lost their lives due to land disputes, neighbors cause chaos everytime each claiming that the boundary has been taken away from them.

Also, there are some of the areas where residents relies on government land ,those are also people at risk and government needs to look for a place for them before giving them notice to migrate ,where will they go to? Even the time given to them will not allow them to make money and look for a better land and settle, they are just flawn at any minute, and this has resulted to many people being squatters.

As a result of the same, hospitals are full of corpse waiting to be buried, but where since the land is under disputes? People are forced to cater for the rising hospital feel instead of finding solutions for the land and bury their loved ones.

Report from hospitals shows that, the number of corpse is alarming which has led to congestions, this has led them to throw other bodies for better.

Therefore it is the prayer of many that, illegal ways of possessing a piece of land should be abandoned, let’s follow the government instructions to avoid shading of blood and living in fear of being thrown out.
