George Mburu is the Chief Executive Officer of Mizizi Africa Homes and during the handover of the Hummingbird project he said:
“We as Mizizi Africa Homes through the off plan model have played a key role in ensuring dreams of Kenyans come true. Today we have put a smile to fourteen home owners who have bid their landlords goodbye. We are therefore calling upon the government to continue to support Infrastructure development especially in the grassroots to spur economic growth,” he noted.
George continues to explain:
“Investment in a property is a big decision that anyone makes. When you invest in a property you need to make sure that it can give good returns. You don’t want to invest in a property that does not potential to grow your wealth over the long term. For that, it is crucial to invest in the right property.
Wrong investments can cause you troubles both financially and emotionally. Choosing the right investment property requires research and proper planning. You need to sometime seek expert advice for that.”
Kenya’s Affordable Housing Programme was launched in December 2017 as one of the national government’s four pillars of growth, in the President’s Big Four Plan. The AHP promises to deliver 500,000 affordable homes over a five year period, and involves a number of incentives and supports to enable the delivery of affordable housing in Kenya.
